nappers unite.

At Bring Back Naps, we promote nap culture one sleep at a time. When we're not catching Z’s, we’re about embracing the slow life, promoting napping expertise, and planning the next sleep. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just dipping your toes into the world of daytime dozing, we’ve got something for you.

  • The average adult nap is about one hour, or 60.2 minutes. Naps tend to get shorter as we age.

  • Only 30% of adults nap more than once per week. Up to 53% of teenagers nap during the week.

  • 20-30 minutes is the common "sweet spot" for naps. Naps can improve cognitive function and memory.

for the love of naps

Welcome to Bring Back Naps where snoozing is an Olympic sport and we’re all gold medalists!

We’re a mother-daughter duo who have mastered the fine art of napping, and we’re here to spread the principles of shut-eye to all who are tired of being told that napping is for toddlers and cats. Spoiler alert: it’s not! We say it’s time to reclaim the sacred siesta and honor the need to rest.

Let’s be honest: between juggling careers, school, family and the occasional existential crisis, who has time to be well-rested? If you’re anything like us, you know that the only thing more elusive than a good night’s sleep is a moment of peace. But fear not! We’re here to tell you that a 20-minute nap can be just as rejuvenating as a week-long spa retreat—minus the awkward small talk and overpriced cucumber water.

Our love for napping began on countless afternoons spent in a blissful haze of snores and stolen moments. We quickly realized that naps aren’t just a guilty pleasure—they’re a necessity! And let’s be real: life is too short to be wide awake and feeling everything.

We're here to advocate for a culture of rest because, baby, we tired. And that's OK!

Join us in our quest to normalize napping and promoting nap culture. We're creating a community where we can roll our eyes at the hustle culture, trade our favorite napping spots, and laugh about how ridiculous it is that we ever thought we could function without naps.

Nap like you mean it,

Kim and Kendall
